Mama Janita's Ginger Beer

 


3/4 Cup Peeled and Chopped Ginger Root
4 Cups Filtered Water
Blend together let sit for a day
(Refrigerated ginger water* can be chilled for other uses)
Strain
Sweeten with 1 Cup Sugar (to taste)
Flavor with lemon, lime, cinnamon as desired...
Chill and Serve!
