1 1/2 Cups Basmati Brown Rice (Rinsed)
3 Cups Filtered Water (or ginger water*)
1tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Bring the above rice mixture to boiling. Cover, reduce heat and let simmer until tender (about 45mins).
Additional Stir Fry Ingredients:
Over medium heat, stir the cooked rice,
1 tbsp. coconut or olive oil,
(3/4 cup of frozen grilled chicken - optional)
1-2 tbsps. Braggs Liquid Aminos,
2 tsp ginger powder,
1 tsp celery seed (or 1/2 cup chopped celery)
and 1 1/2 cups Cole Slaw for 5 minutes.
Serve any time.
Serves 6.
