Canola oil (1/2 - 3/4 c)
Sugar
1 Egg
Vanilla
Unbleached flour
Rye flour
Baking soda
Oatmeal
Walnuts
Raisins
1 chopped apple (less about 4 slices I ate after peeling)
Ginger (the strained remains from ginger beer*)
Stir together, scoop out by spoonful & form by hand on to an ungreased baking pan.
Removed from pan with a handy tool my mom gave me....
