Sorrel - Hibiscus Recipe:

. Brew 2 cups of dried Hibiscus flowers (African Malva) 8 cups of water. 2 organic cinnamon sticks. 8 cloves. Organic orange peels. Some suggest ginger as well, but I made a separate ginger "beer" that some guests can mix together if they choose, instead. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar. Let sit for about an hour, then strain and bottle. Serve chilled.
